- In this Physics video in Hindi for class 12 we explained Ohm’s law and resistance and we also discussed on the formula of Ohm’s law. This law interrelates the potential difference across a conductor and the current through that. It is found that the potential difference is proportional to the current. Hence the formula V = R I. Here R is the constant of proportionality and is known as the resistance of the conductor. Resistance is defined as the ratio of potential difference to the current.

Sir all of us know that At 4.2 Kelvin , Mercury 's R=0 ,but when we take this value in V=IR , we find that v=0 , I can't understand
R=0 then I x 0 =0

Why voltage is not zero ???

sir, ..i tried to relate this concept with galvanic cell..i become unable to understand direction of flow of electrons and electric field created. here in this video free electrons are produced by conductor. but i galvanic cell, it is explained that the electrons are produced from electrolyte. humble request to pls respond as i have searched this concept in many websites and videos, but didn't get a satisfactory answer.
