Hey everyone, my name is Jewel and welcome back to my channel and to the very first educational video discussing what Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Sudden Unexpected/Unexplained Infant Death.
A little about me; I'm a mother of 2 children...a son and an angel who went to heaven on March 24th, 2017 at 11 weeks old. I'm overcoming this tragedy by sharing my experiences to cope.

I lost my precious amazing little angel last week to SIDS. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do. I went to sleep, we went to sleep a happy little family and woke up inside a nightmare. Why?!

I am so sorry for your loss. I grappled with this question for the past 22 months. Why? I heard silence. "WHY?". More silence. And then slowly the answer unfolded. "This hurts. I see your pain. But through your pain you will trust me. You will find me. And I will put the pieces back together". I am here if you need to talk. It is not your fault. God loves you.
