    I've always wanted to try an underwater aircraft wreck diorama, and I have some of the components, but I never have time to work on it... I would love to see you try it!
    The idea is to create something like the Pacific underwater wreck sites. Imagine a miniature airplane model, 1/144th scale or smaller, fully submerged in a very light blue resin, sitting on an ocean floor, partially disintegrated and corroded away, buried into the sediment. This whole diorama could be basically a resin cube, with all sides polished, and since the resin is nice and clear, you can look through it from any angle.

      Technically could you put the scene into fish tank, fill it with water and create artificial currents via water pump and just trow sediment there. Let it build up over time naturally, remove the water, let it dry and then seal it, before pouring epoxy?

    I love watching your videos. They are very relaxing. I was wondering if you would do a model of a tank that was destroyed, with a large hole on the front from an enemy round, and maybe even have the turret blown off. It would make for a cool Diorama. Just an idea. Keep up the amazing work.

    • @constitution_8939

      Yeah, and with the crews remains blown apart with pooled up blood and brain matter, intestines etc, inside on the the floor, splattered everywhere that would indicate that a Fire had Not ignited but just a simple interior explosion.
      Of course the only tank crews I'd want to see in that condition were the Bolsheviks and No others.
      Knowing from stories/interviews of those Tank Recovery Crews and what they had to do; cleaning out all the gore of human bodies blown to pieces literally after removing what was left of their bodies from the tanks

      @@constitution_8939 I mean that's quite morbid, either way both the Germans and Russian tanks had the tendency to spectacularly erupt when hit. The Russians liked the American Sherman's because you could lay underneath it when its ammo brewed up and still survive with only some minor burns in your back. Trying that in other German or Russian tanks would result in you just being splattered across the bottom of the ground.

    • @renovatiovr
      @renovatiovr 5 лет назад

      @@mikec8086 That is totally wrong. There is a reason why Shermans were called Ronsons that "light up every time" like the ad said. Shermans had a comfortable, but tactically undesired high profile, weaker gun and were easy pickings for the Germans. There is a reason why the British had to fix it and introduce the Firefly version. The Russians didnt appreciate it much either, having much more advanced T34 and KV1s

    • @mikec8086
      @mikec8086 5 лет назад

      @@renovatiovr Russian crews loved their lend lease Sherman's. I have a memoir of a Russian tanker that's states it, I'll see if u can find it and link it. As for the t-34 and kv-1, they did great against early pz2,4, and 3's. But once they got upgunned they were as vulnerable as any other tank. The thing with the t-34 wasn't advancement in tank tech itself, it was the advancement in production capabilities that allowed them to make thousands very quickly. As for Ronson, that slogan actually came out after the war I believe. They were as susceptible as any other tank without wet stowage, I.e. every axis and allies tank in the time. Once wet stowage came in, it was a whole other playing field for Sherman's. The ammunition propellent in the Sherman's were also not as susceptible to spectacular exploding as the Russians or German tanks. The American ammunition tending to burn instead of explode if it ignited.
