After watching Vieira, Enzo and Darwin struggle for almost 2 years now, I'm apprehensive about signing players from that league. But if these rumors are true, I trust Arteta to make the right choices in the market. Also it'd be funny if Enzo's Benfica replacement actually does well in the Premier League.
