    please make a video on this usecase i have faced in most of the interviews Can you write a scheduled job script to check if there are 5 incident created in a day with the 'Hardware' Category, then you need to create a problem ticket and assign it to the manager of the Hardware Group.

    Hi Ravi, Nice work but whenever the incident is updating the attachment in the related problem is getting doubled.
    Ex : After successfully copying the attachment from incident to related problem, if incase i do any update in incident form this leads to copying the same attachment one more time to the related problem.

      Or create a chexk box on incident.. when that check box is checked then only it will copy an attachment

    at 10:36, the Previous Value= Network (instead of Inquiry) when Current Value= Software.

      @@learnservicenowwithravi While explaining you spell Inquiry( and you placed cursor at Inquiry/Help) instead of Network(from Category field).

      You can write a script .. glide to the problem tabel and set current.number to any variable like (x.first_reported_by=current.number;
