I would like to see a single one of these blowing into a smaller turbo in a sequential system to help with response.. 😂 Also if it wouldn't shift early on a few of those pulls it could've helped it's own cause 🤔 Great video 👍
@@spookyreaper1702 It's not. It's shifting below redline and putting the revs down under the torque curve with each upshift. Turbo spools down and you have to wait for the boost to build back up. All alleviated by shifting 500 rpm later.🤷
Ah idk I drive a diesel with dsg 2.0tdi 250kw with a hybrid turbo. For my car it works like that. I guess for a manual it shifts slower so I agree with you both
Next time do compound turbos. They are better for diesel applications since the rpm range is so low on diesels. Twins are only good for top end. That’s why that one pulling the trailer struggled to get going.

On the pulling sections you should have had 10 gears instead of 5 seen those will apply more torque while having more control of the ever increasing speed.
question. i know you make crazy fast cars that have loads of nos and crazy turbo. what transmission attached to one of those 400 kph cars can reach top speeds faster?
Imagine adding an anti-lag system to this so it doesn't loose boost pressure on the upshifts. I wonder how it's uphill performance would be then xD
No, better yet, sequential gearbox!
So a compound turbo setup for each of the two
Lol when loosing boost is still over 100 psi
You can do it easily, just editing back pressure turbo in engine archive. Try to erase one zero and I'll can do it.
Don't even have to do that in Beam if you know how to no lift shift, don't have to worry about shredding a gear in a video game, I wouldn't try it IRL though
