Daryll Harris Couldn't agree more. First came across Moonchild a couple of years ago but for some inexplicable reason they slipped from my musical memory until today. Loving the latest work! Got a real feel of Robert Glasper, Erykah Badu - I just love it!

Please forgive the late reply to this... but I am just now, over this past half year becoming acquainted with this truly amazing group. I had the exact same feeling that you did sir. I was SO astounded that I had to catch them at the 1st Los Angeles concert of theirs that I could.
And I must say that, listening to her voice over those vibes drums AS WELL AS watching them break out the horns.... MAN... I am a very serious fan now.

I saw them in Houston opening up for The Internet and they were amazing! I was blown away with their sound and they really surprised the crowd. True musicians!!! I'm a fan forever!!!

Where did they perform in Houston? Hoping to catch them somewhere soon.
I saw them live in SF. TBH , not as good as the record. 2 keyboard players and a drummer, lead singer. Woulda been better with a bass player and maybe a guitarist.
This has taught me an important jazz lesson of laying back.
