- I've been itching to get some color on the truck to get a look at it. Decided to tackle the interior paint this week and I am very pleased with the results. Definitely a new skill a little out of my comfort zone but I am having fun learning and I think it worked out really well. Haven't found any runs yet at least!
All things considered Josh, not bad for the first time in a home garage!
Looks good
From watching the video it looks like you have your fan cone wide open.
You are shooting alot of paint into the air...you might get better results by closing your fan just a little. If you don't like it you can re-adjust
Just a suggestion
Thanks! Just learning so I need the tips. I closed it a touch on setup but got impatient and just started spraying. Appreciate the help!
Like the one fellow said your fan looks to be on the wide side especially for area your covering. Curious what tip size and pressure you were running.
Should I paint the inside with turbo cans because gonna put all the interior parts back on and the headliner it’s not a show car anyways just wanna get it on the road what do you think the outside is gonna be painted with single stage paint tho
@@aidenog7380 rust oleum turbo cans should work just fine for interior work. I actually used the regular cans for the firewall and frame!
@@55TwoTen nice I was slacking but I’m gonna finish my truck now cuz I wanna drive it
