Exploring Coal Creek Historical Site....Is it Haunted?

Coal Creek was founded in 1872, and as the name suggests it had the first coal mine in Victoria. People say it is Haunted, and they run ghost tours there occasionally, will i find any evidence of ghosts? Or will it just be a historic exploration?
