1. authenticated and apostilled highest degree - in original
2. authenticated and apostilled mark sheet/transcript - in original
3. Italian translation of the degree / mark sheet
4. photocopy of the originals (degree / mark sheet - both front and back)
5. invitation / acceptance letter from the Italian University /Company (as applicable)
6. photocopy of the passport (first and last page)

I'm currently doing my Ph.D. in Italy, I could not get my DoV because it was during COVID-19 but I was able to get admission to the Italian University then, and now I'm trying to understand how to get DoV from India. My concern is that would it be better to use CIMEA, also I understand that I'm required to ask my alma mater to send my sealed documents from India to the CIMEA office. Would you suggest getting DoV or CIMEA (trying to understand which process will be convenient)? My certificates are in the English language. Your suggestion would be much appreciated!
