@@chevyrodriguez4028Not exactly, panic button activates when you're close to take damage. That's why taking it with book of shadows or dull razor essentially means that you'll be nearly invulnerable

cursed eye is tier 2 change my mind (you cant and if you dont like cursed eye its probably because of the teleport which happens WHEN U GET HIT so skill issue)

The explosion always gets me, all the body parts goes everywhere

I was actually able to use the tiny planet and Dr. Fetus synergy as soon as I got ipecac and soy milk
Almond milk + torn card is the ultimate suicide synergy.

Actually the first one is good because after one range up, ipecac starts to go crazy with the tear height. For thr same reason i like number one with haemolacria. Ipecac with my reflection is worse

I know it is supposed be a meme but just slap pyromaniac (I think it is the pyromaniac, but if not, I mean the item that makes explosions heal you) on those synergies with wacky explosions and become MR.TORGUE

Panic Button gives Butter Bean, Dull Razor and How To Jump to the strength of Tier 4 items.
