Coming to live and work in Taiwan was the best and luckiest decision of my life. I am so grateful to all the medical personnel, experts, and government workers who worked so hard and so diligently to keep everyone here safe. My family and friends in the US and other countries have suffered so much during the pandemic. My parents, aunts, and uncles have stayed in their houses for a year. My brother had to find a new job because his two youngest sons have weak immune systems and are more vulnerable to infections, but his old job tried to force him to return to work and essentially choose between his children's lives and money. His older children missed months and months of school, and after they went back to class, they keep getting exposed to COVID and having to quarantine away from their younger brothers to protect them. The CECC, TCDC, all the hospital personnel and port-of-entry workers, all the government officials, you all prevented that in Taiwan. You kept us so safe that we could almost forget a pandemic was happening at all, so long as we remembered to wear our masks and wash our hands. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of my heart. Your accomplishments are among the greatest in history.

TR和後面的T是大寫 有啥意思嗎🤔
我想，應該是指us trust, 群眾 及 信任，是台灣這次抗疫很重要的一環，如果沒有全國一心，沒有彼此信任，防疫很難成功。業可以說us 是指公衛專家醫護人員，而trust 是指人民信任他們。
以上是我自己的解讀啦，不過解讀本來就是觀者（讀者）的工作，每個人都有自己的解讀，這個作品才是活的
