I saw George live on Saturday, the night before this, at a small o2 academy and it just shows the comparison to me of performances. they're both amazing!

I think that's a little harsh; ultimately, it's very difficult to get a crowd going as a single acoustic player, and he sounded amazing! I understand what you mean, but he's just not that kind of act, in my opinion. I don't think you see George Ezra live to soak up the atmosphere; more to enjoy the music, purely. But maybe that's just me..
