I appreciate the advanced content. I’m tired of the BS tip videos and beginning content. That stuff is flooded in our media. We need more content for established anglers trying to take the next level
I hope that these Q and A videos aren't annoying to do cuz I really enjoy them. Maybe once a year you can do this. I love how it's not tournament or lake related necessarily, it's very random. Hope you enjoy doing them
They started wolf packing on the bank in Southern missouri 3 weeks ago. Caught good fish on a plopper as shallow as you could throw it. Every cove and small creek arm
Thanks man. Great real deal stuff. Your channel is quickly becoming one of my favorites. You definitely have a unique style of teaching, and are sharing more useful knowledge than most.
Im loving these videos brother keepem coming!!! Ive definitely noticed fish getting up on top of ridges and points even on the big flats during this time of year. It can be a great time to fish if you can put up with the brutal heat...
Really good explanation on this topic, like this lil series on the questions,I can't handle the heat so I just fish the mornings in August lol if I even go lmao
Ive noticed at my home lake around august is when i start catching them dirt shallow on the bank again even tho its the hottest its been all year...not sure if its that way on most lakes or not but here in the carolinas ive noticed it
Same here in Virginia. It's been crazy how shallow they have been here recently! Still have a lot of guys insisting that you have to go deep and there is no convincing them otherwise.
I’m from Arkansas and I fish lake ouachita lake Hamilton and degray lake. These lakes are super clear lakes. I’m having trouble catching fish up shallow when it’s really hot. What suggestions would you tell me ?
I have seen some odd behavior from bass on livescope recently on a few different lakes I fish, these are strip mine lakes that dont really get much pressure, alot of them are suspended above the thermocline and feeding heavily on shad, but if I cast a bait near them, behind them , they bolt like their butts are on fire. As soon as the baits touches the water. And it has just been recently, a few weeks ago they were very catchall but recently they have been very skidding of lures, no matter what kind. Any idea on why they are acting like that?
Do you have to turn up the gain to get the graph to be able to show the thermocline? I have a Garmin echo map and a lowrance elite TI2 and not sure what needs to be adjusted for graphs to show the thermocline.

They definitely are acting different over the past week or so

you can but I didnt do anything special that just what it always looks like, same settings.
Is it called gain on the Garmin or something else? Ex:brightness?
Take a shot every time Todd says “in the sense of”
Ive been enjoying videos, just don't comment all of them!🎣👍
Basically fish life cannot survive below thermocline.
Tyler it's at 21.5 ft
Whos Tyler? Or do you mean Lake Tyler. Thats awfully specific
