Since then ted i can honestly say that probably 90%of these people charged with it have no evidence besides a 911 call and the statement from the 1 who made the call. Im 1 of these that had a no contest in court,28 domestic classes had my license revoked till this day since 2008 i haven't held a fishing pole or went hunting because my ex lied. She put a restraining order on me while i was in iraq in 04-06 so she could take my money and cheat while im standing for America.
