You must have a tailwind.config.js file in the root of your project. Read the instructions. After that you can force it by using CTRL+SPACE (windows) or CMD+SPACE (Mac). It should work once you have the tailwind.config.js file, if it doesn’t disable then reenable the extension or restart VSCode.

@@AlThePal78 Npm should build it, make sure you're using the latest versions. Plus if it's the same project these files should be commited to the repo, so really only one computer of yours should be making it to begin with.

The package-lock.json will be generated once you install the packages automatically, you don't need to create manually
