    Creating Tickets - As a Customer Service Agent, FreshDesk requires one skill in the form of Ticket management and Resolution. This was demonstrated
    Assignment of Roles - Demonstrates how to Assign roles to various members of your team, Agent, Administrator, Supervisor, etc
    Embedding FreshDesk on Website - Perhaps the most interesting part of it all. Being able to embed Freshdesk on a website helped us learn how tickets are gerated from websites too!
