Filler episodes are mostly used in Anime to give time to the Author/script writer/Mangaka to produce more content. so that not related to the main plot and it cannot effect the original story…. I love how Conquerors haki can be used to gage someone’s strength. Since it essentially only works on beings that are fodder to the user you can get a rough idea of of their strength. Like this guy, he is atleast strong enough to view this giant bear as fodder but he could be even stronger.
thats not true, conquerors can knock out people stronger then you it just matters on the strength of their will
a really weak character with conquerors haki could take out most animals way stronger then them

Resolve only correlates to conquerors haki. Armament and Observation are things you train physically and mentally to become stronger. It takes hard work and effort to develop those.
Armament as well is deeply connected to one's willpower, the higher the harder, this is why zoro could overcome pica's haki in spite of the stone man having 30 years of experience more than marimo.
His King's Haki is the same with Shanks at the beginning of One piece he commanded the sea creature where he lost his arm. Remember? Is he one of the lurking legends Oda tells us about to come in the series?
