Love the coffee table. Also love you have a beige sofa and not white. It all blends together and makes a statement. Good job. I keep the coffee table long term because it can be stripped again and stained if your taste ever changes later in life.
Thank you! I was just trying to make the most of what we already had verses buying a new coffee table lol. So I think it worked well! And you are totally right I can always refinish it if I ever want to in the future!
Haha girl we have FOUR of them. And they make quite the ruckus lol. Between them and Rambo I’m surprised anyone can hear me at all in the videos haha. But California doesn’t have bird sounds?! That sounds wild! Lol

Thank you! And honestly I do not recommend the paint I used 😅 It was just some spare black semi gloss paint I got from Walmart a lonnnnnngg time ago for another project. I would recommend a good quality black satin paint for something like this! And sherwin Williams has some really great black options that arnt too stack but just true and beautiful!
got a dresser second hand. smelled like vinegar. thought nothing of it. then I found what looks like termite dust. what should I do? I've left it outside to see if the termite dust reappears. but I hate to toss the dresser. please recomend what you would do.
Oh my goodness, I’m sorry 😢 Honestly I’ve never had that happen to me so I’m not sure what the best thing to do is. I would probably start by doing exactly what you are doing, leave it outside to watch it, also if you are having any kind of cold weather the cold can help kill bugs and things. If it did reappear I would maybe look into some kind of termite killer or spray? And I would try to cover the whole thing in plastic to kill off and suffocate what’s left. But ultimately just be careful and trust your gut! And I’m sorry I wish I could be of more help but I don’t have any kind of experience with that to be able to say the best thing to do.
ABSOLUTELY a BEAUTIFUL CLEAN PROFESSIONAL LOOK in the CAULKING... WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

Thank you. Nothing has reappeared but I think I’m going to take the drawers out and check every crevice.
