    Indian cuisine, just like the country's culture, is diversified and has a rich history of its own. It consists of a variety of regional and traditional cuisine that differs from place to place.Every state has its own special food culture that takes Indian cuisine to the global platform. One such example is Udupi-Mangalorean cuisine.
    A special chicken recipe, made using fresh chicken called as Chicken Sukka or Kori Sukka/Kori Ajadina is an Indian Dish of Chicken native to Mangalore and Udupi region. The word "Sukka" comes from Hindi "Sukha" which means "Dry", sometimes also called as "Kori Ajadina". However it can be prepared in two variations Dry and semi gravy.
