Inspired by Bruce Lee, this instructor (Kim Cho) was taught & practiced for 6 months, 6 hrs a day, 6 day week by Steve Morris to be at this level.Filmed over 40 yrs ago on 16 mm film, then transferred to DV, the speed is normal.
