Although I am not a fan of juggling and unnecessary tossing and turning-this is for the circus. I follow the traditional Okenawa style, No unnecessary movements, catches for application of locking techniques, strong offensive and defensive techniques,Applicable in real situations.

Bruce Lee never rolled them around his hands or anywhere else he said it's to easy to be taken away from you in a fight..When i work out i never roll them that is for a show boat...
Do you think this guy really believes rolling them is a fighting technique? Do you really believe this guy doesn't know he's showboating? Do you just do the same handful of strikes, redirects, figures eights, and spins over and over? How boring.
Por supuesto que no, Bruce Lee, hacia Nunchaku de combate,de hecho existen muy buenos tutoriales sobre el tema,lo mismo que las secuencias se sus películas paso a paso. Este maestro realiza técnicas de Nunchaku estilo libre, para exhibición y destreza.Lo cuál no deja de tener su atractivo por su gran dificultad.👍
