    You have to hand it to Andrey. He deserved it more than anyone else. He beat everyone, including Carlitos, and on the grand scheme of things, save for his poor form in the last few tournaments, he is a top 6 player who is capable of beating anyone - which he has proved here

    • @got2bjosh
      @got2bjosh 6 месяцев назад +27

      Ruby already has beaten all of the top 10 players of the past 5-10 years including each of the Big 3. Carlitear was the 25th Top 10 player Ruby's beaten. It's not out of the ordinary. Ruby's consistency in beating the best is why he's been in the Top 10 for years & reached the QF at every Slam.

    regardless of the difficulty of his draw, FAA played HIGH LEVEL tennis all tournament and especially in this match. winning that point in the 2-3 game third set could’ve changed the complexion of the match altogether. well played 🎾⚡️

    From 4-4 in the 3rd set, super tight match, to a match point on second serve, seamlessly adding some suspense in a Masters 1000 final highlight. Sometimes, I wonder if the editors of these highlights actually enjoy tennis.

    He has been sick throughout the entire tournament. He battled a fresh Felix. He still came through! There is so much potential to unleash of Andrey. I think this tournament really pushed his mental toughness to the next stage. He hangs in there until there is a chance. If he wasn’t sick, it should have been a tight two set match.
