We are all routing for you, Blue Hat! Praying for your safety and hoping you overcome the challenges. Thank you for doing this! You are not alone, really. You have all your you- tube family, your extended tramily, even though right now you are all spread out, and most of all, God. Keep up the outstanding work! One foot in front Of the other. MAINE!!!!

You are Moses wandering in the wilderness, Noah and the rain, Job and his suffering, and Jesus abandoned, but like them your faith will see you through, teach you important lessons, instill a pride in your victories, and inspire others. You're doing it -- you're in Maine!!!!

Wow... Maine! So proud of you! It's probably not just calories but not seeing sun. I think you need some more sun to help the mental state. Some company would probably help, too.
All that you have been through has prepared you for where you are. I'm so sorry you are struggling. I believe in you; we all do.

As strange as it sounds I like being to myself more than with others. I see many other channels where they don’t like it at all and have to deal with it when they lose their tramily. You’ve had it great as far as that goes. You’ve had company. I knew you’d beat this from the start. Keep it together pal. One thing for sure, things change daily and you will probably meet another buddy or two. So, come on. Cheering for you from home in the southern tip of Indiana! Blue hat is on the move! Look what he’s accomplishing! Maine!!!!!!! If you’ve had ticks in the last 2 weeks, it takes about that long for symptoms to show up. You can be lethargic from tick. I’ve had it happen to me. Doesn’t mean it’s Lyme. The sinus is probably something different. Rest well, you’re done. Keep telling yourself. You’re done already, and you can see the finish line.

by the way, I'm following in your footsteps a bit, as I'm relatively new to central IN, and watched your Tecumseh Trail vid before finally hiking it myself. Perhaps I'll do the same with the AT! Now, I'm working on the Greater Knobstone (150-mi version), in sections.

Lot of folks had to get off trail because of the record breaking rains so i respect any decision if you keep going one more beast but it will be easier because it is the last 5 miles good luck and stay tuff cap.

Wow! Its crunch time. Not sure of the time delay between the vid and your actual location and if your still on trail. I can only relate to it from my distance running days. So here goes. You are into the mental side of the game. Its not about others its only "you against your mind". Push through that stuff. Give thanks you havent sprained an ankle or knee. So suck it up. Its obvious being around others is a pick me up for you. I agree with your comment about maybe pushing too hard. As in running , take it one mile at a time....segments. Then another then another. Other things. Carb loading. Sugar is good for a rush but if you arent getting what you need your body will consume itself. You likely know that but ....! Hopefully at hwy 26 you stocked up on the foodstuffs that you need. One "tell" late in this vid is the "timeline" concerns you. Your body (your engine ) doesnt give a damn about your time line. Sorry to be so crass but you've come too far to not adapt (be stubborn) now. Find your inner self. PS: the respiratory issue has been obvious for quite some time. Hoarse voice etc. Pollen ? Keep drinking
