All great points especially the last one. When one gets into a better understanding of it all then that person gets into a better understanding of themselves. Then can build on that in area of confidence etc. It may help men to have friendships with older men and possibly as a father figure. If they never had a good father figure as a child doesn’t mean they don’t need one after becoming an adult. Having friends that are older can help share some wisdom to the younger. Be open to these friendships. My gym workout partner is 18 years younger than me and we are also coworkers.
