      I have to completely disagree. This orchestral version is like a T ballet. If you want to cry, listen to what Lang Lang did with this - it is exquisite!

    1989-90, Istanbul. Winter through spring, "L'Ours" became so popular that it remained in cinemas for more than 4 months. I've seen it 6 times. From Tchaikovsky's "Seasons" (op.37a), a set of 12 pieces for solo piano, the main theme of the film is no.6, the month of June, barcarolle in G minor. In hindsight, this bittersweet piece marks the end of my childhood.
    The producer of the film, Claude Berri, was a director as well. Recently, I've seen his delightful short film from 1963, "Le Poulet" ("The Chicken"), and the semi-autobiographical "Le Vieil Homme et l'Enfant" ("The Two of Us") from 1967. Others lined up.

    Magnificent movie and interpretation of Tchaikovsky's June from op37. To this day, Annaud's classic Quest for Fire was the only film I was so enthralled with at the time it came out, I sat through it twice in the theater. I also suggest viewing Jean de Florette and sequel Manon des Sources, with another magnificent score and monumentally wonderful story. The films Claude Berri had his hands in back then are gold.

    "il faut rendre à César ce qui est à César" , c'est une composition de Tchaïkovski .Mais il faut bien avouer que l'arrangement qu'en a fait Philippe Sarde , est magistral . Il lui a donné de la puissance , du souffle , du coffre ...si la version originale est de l'ordre de l'intime , du romantisme feutré , celle - çi déploie ses ailes , comme pour mieux survoler la beauté sauvage de ces montagnes .Le thème demandait à s'envoler , Philippe Sarde l'a saisi .D'une chrysalide a surgi le plus beau des papillons ...

    • @Sylvanoskovich
      @Sylvanoskovich 3 года назад +1

      L'arrangement est d'Alexander Courage. Philippe Sarde s'est attribué la composition sans mentionner le nom de Tchaikovski, ce qui est juste honteux.

    CORRIGEZ S V PLAIT : même si Sarde et ses orchestrateurs ont mis cette pièce de piano à la sauce symphonique, Sarde n'est pas le compositeur de cette musique mais bien TCHAÏKOVSKY !!! ( Tiré des 12 saisons pour piano - Mois de Juin ) ( " Ecoutez le cinéma...
    " devrait être plus au fait de ce genre de choses ! )

  • @EzekielPrellus

    If you freeze the video at 2:00 and read the DVD liner notes (Jan '88 section) -- it is suggested that the melody was inspired by old Eastern European folklore and that Tchaikovsky used it also to compose June. So not only is there no attribution to Tchaikovsky, it is suggested that it was not an original work by Tchaikovsky. Shameful, as there is no evidence (to my knowledge) that June is anything but an original work by Tchaikovsky. Pure, unadulterated plagiarism.

  • @MrJorgearena
    @MrJorgearena 4 года назад +7

    Ni se menciona que no es más que una orquestación de Junio, de las Estaciones, de Tchaikowsky. Lo ponen como música original. ¡¡Un gran fraude!!!
    No figura en el DVD, ni en los títulos y créditos de la película... Inédito dentro de los robos musicales!!!!
