My VA Examiner said that the VA only rates migraines based off of how much work is missed. Is this true or false? He put this in my DBQ.
Got turned down today for migraines, and lung problems for the second time.
They said no evidence and a study on british soldiers proved dust storms burnpits played no roll in my respiratory problems even with mri evidence and the IED that went off in front of my truck and knocked me out for 20 seconds has nothing to do with my migraines because we continued our mission nobody was physically hurt even though they gave me 30% ptsd because of the nightmare flash that wakes me up then the migraines start and last several hours. Won't schedule me for TBI tests
Have you requested an MRI through Veteran's Choice? , secondary would you happen to have a copy of your medical records?

Depends on if you have kids or no kids and if your married or not married. Lots of variables. Check out a quick google search

Im getting 30% for "migraines", cluster headaches or whatever they( the VA) call it. Do you have any tips on getting 50%?

@@richardheard3782 i have been going tonthe chiropractor since 2007. Im at 100% now. They did some tests with memory a couple years ago and found i have some “ memory issues” . I forgot the actual verbage they call it. Reply with any other questions.

+Travis Johnson most of the time the 50% level, if rated correctly, will probably not be enough for TDIU. It does create some social and occupational impairment, but me general feeling is it will be hard to prove unemployability with just 50% PTSD alone. Are you out of work currently?

this is unreal ..you should call these videos ..how to become a better actor for VA benefits..maybe you should do a bootcamp on training people how to become better malingerers... as if there are not enough of them already ....somebody who is really sick don't need these instructional videos on how to get more benefits..they get them, because their presentation automatically qualifies them. Shame on you guys to teach people how to become liars to get higher percentage ...that's how our medical system goes bankrupt...disgusting

if you dont know what you are entitled then how can you apply? because i didnt know, i was rated at 0% when i should’ve have been rated at 30%. these videos are great help to navigate a very difficult and confusing system
Mike, I understand your frustration but like people used to say to me “breath”. Vietnam started it and every war since has been illegal and immoral. Only a very select of our citizens were sent into combat to die for companies like Halliburton. Many Veterans young and old do not understand the way VA works and so many don’t have a clue about VA benefits. If these videos can help one Veteran find peace and treatment instead of suicide, why would you be against that?

A veteran shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to receive help when you served ,and have a legitimate injury or condition you got while serving our in our armed services! Instead the VA tries to prove you wrong in some cases and to low ball people who graciously volunteered to serve their country! So Michael D go fuck yourself!
