Some info on SB19 (Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken and Justin): They're an all-Filipino group, trained and debuted (2018) in the Philippines by a Korean entertainment company, ShowBT Philippines, so you can say that they are at least inspired by K-pop. However, they have since (not painlessly) separated and are now self-managed, with Pablo himself, the leader of the group, serving as their company 1Z Entertainment's CEO. From the beginning, they have had a hand in the creative process of their art, with Pablo serving as the lyricist, Stell the choreographer for certain songs, and Justin one of the creative directors of some MVs. Now, practically all of their songs are Pablo's creations (he continues to write the lyrics but also co-produces), and they all have vastly more creative control in the various aspects of their performances and promotions. In this particular video, they weren't actually lip-syncing, but for some reason, the producers of Round Festival decided to lay the original audio over the muted live audio. You will see in the video's comments that everyone felt it was something of an injustice because they are absolute beasts in live performances of both hype songs and ballads. In fact, after the fans clamored for it, the videos of their other performances in this festival which were uploaded later used the actual live audio. They underwent extensive training for FOUR YEARS before they debut. They didn’t just become viral in Tiktok, got famous and debut LOL! There’s a bit of back track in that performance but they always perform live, never lip sync.
I believe they had a backing track. Not entirely live but not lipsynching either. They are called live vocal monsters. U guys should check out their Asia Artist Award performance. They are not just a regular boygroup. These guys are incredibly talented. They write and do most of the production of their songs. They came from very humble beginnings but they made their way up to the top and remained very humble and inspirational.
They have a faint audio of a backing track but their live powerful monster vocals always overpower the said track which reveals that the presence of the faint backing track is not a hindrance for them to sing the entirety live Bec they sang it live from start to end. Their live singing was so good that they were doubted several times of it being sung live. Good thing with technology, there were techy fans who uploaded videos of their live performances in some events where all background sounds were taken out leaving just their raw monster vocals 😊

Ken as The Vocal catcher.. his deep voice catch us early on to keep listening.. they train with Korean teacher in Korean training system and released some korean vibe song, but they try to change it to be more Filipino as their leader, Pablo get hands-on for all their songs to match up Filipino music taste, SB19 being PPOP new generation pioneer which grab many awards and recognitions these years back, they bcome the sole reason PPOP get globally introduced..

Wish bus is where u can watch their live vocal performances and it doesnt get blocked unlike the official MVs. Fan cams of their concerts is where u can appreciate these live monsters' stage presence and vocal agility. Lipsyncing is not in their vocabulary, haha. Thats about it. Thanks for checking them out.

Guy with the half pony is the leader. He writes and produces their songs too. The ash gray haired guy is their creative director. Red hair guy sometimes choreographs and has super high and stable vocals plus he was a coach in our The Voice Generations. He's a great host too. Their other rapper is a 'recruiter' and skilled gamer too. Their debut year was 2018. They went viral in the Philippines after someone posted their dance practice video. They were not lipsyncing when they performed in Indonesia. Don't know why it was edited this way. Fancams during this event have their real voices. They don't really follow a formula these days. All 5 can rap, guy with the deep voice also does ballads and falsettos. They do Rnb, ballads, hip hop, etc. They are self managed. You need to watch more than one of their videos to see how they stand out. I suggest Ilaw on wish bus but watch the lyric video first for subtitles.

Good thing with technology, there were techy fans who uploaded videos of their live performances in some events where all background sounds were taken out leaving just their raw monster vocals 😊

Ken as The Vocal catcher.. his deep voice catch us early on to keep listening.. they train with Korean teacher in Korean training system and released some korean vibe song, but they try to change it to be more Filipino as their leader, Pablo get hands-on for all their songs to match up Filipino music taste, SB19 being PPOP new generation pioneer which grab many awards and recognitions these years back, they bcome the sole reason PPOP get globally introduced..

SB19 came from a small company called ShowBT. SBT held an audition and SB19 members were the ones who debuted in 2018. Their Go Up dance practice video got viral on twitter in 2019 and since then, they started to gain followings all over social media. Back then, they have little to no connections and so we rarely see them on TV.
At the moment, they built their own company called 1Z Entertainment and their leader Pablo is the CEO. These 5 talented people always value the quality of their work. They deserve everything they are receiving right now. 💙

Hey, no worries. It's understandable. Round Festival is a good event, but they tend to process the vids post the live event. Wish bus is where u can watch their live vocal performances and it doesnt get blocked unlike the official MVs. Fan cams of their concerts is where u can appreciate these live monsters' stage presence and vocal agility. Lipsyncing is not in their vocabulary, haha. Thats about it. Thanks for checking them out.

Red hair guy sometimes choreographs and has super high and stable vocals plus he was a coach in our The Voice Generations. He's a great host too. Their other rapper is a 'recruiter' and skilled gamer too. Their debut year was 2018. They went viral in the Philippines after someone posted their dance practice video. They were not lipsyncing when they performed in Indonesia. Don't know why it was edited this way. Fancams during this event have their real voices. They don't really follow a formula these days. All 5 can rap, guy with the deep voice also does ballads and falsettos. They do Rnb, ballads, hip hop, etc. They are self managed. You need to watch more than one of their videos to see how they stand out. I suggest Ilaw on wish bus but watch the lyric video first for subtitles.
