Mercedes is nearly a back-marker now, showing a continuous drop of performance for 3 years in a row. Max isn't as delusional as Toto. Newey would also have to be a complete money sellout to even contemplate a move to Mercedes. Not even he could remove the haze over the Mercedes team's eyes in a short period of time.

Max is one of the very few person who i believe when he says he doesnt care that much about money, if he keeps that way he may surpass even Hamilton and Schumacher records.

I think Red Bull is like a family to him, so it may not happen. He's a straight shooter, no BS and I don't think he'd leave if Gianpiero Lambiase wasn't keen on leaving either.
There are so many factors with Max to consider what he does in the future.
My best guess is, he won't leave Red Bull because of the stability with staying on one team as opposed to going to another team and going through the hoops of getting comfortable with it all over again.

for the past decade or so, adrian built this gigantic team around him and redbull, he also has another lead aerodynamic guy who is well capable of leading it all by himself without interference of adrian. adrian himself stated this aswell in an interview. So on adrian leaving RB, sure it will have some downsides, but considering the fact they have this enormous team adrian put together, im pretty damn sure they will be allright. and maybe even more than that.
So you will accept that Max is great & Lewis is trash If they do well without Adrian?

Max has made it very clear that as long as he has the quickest car and he has a good environment to work in he will stay. The moment that changes he will most likely reconsider his decision. The hypocrisy of Max is astounding. When Lewis was winning it was all about the car and not the driver. However when Max has the quickest car it’s all about Max and not the car. To be a successful driver requires a great car and a great driver. Max and Lewis have proved this.
However his reaction to Newey is correct. Deep down you can tell he is not really happy about the situations but it is what it is.

Great guy......I hope if he had enough of the press one day (I can emagine with all the rumors/same bs) he'll just skip the interviews. Just run over to the fans and throw in a few RedBull caps and go home without talking to the press. FIA will try to force him to interviews and give him penalty, but they cannot ban him...he's just too big. With a fun interviewer he and Redbull can do 1 video after the race, from his jet....the fans will love it and it will be great for F1.

Why is that hard to believe that Max had a candid personal conversation with Newey? Because of their age difference?
Newey has been so important to Red Bull and their car design, there's NO DOUBT that Max and Newey have had a lot of personal conversations about the car and its design over the years. So there's no doubt in that time they spent talking about the car, they also talked about their personal lives to each other.
He is hiding his true feelings, he is upset that there is friction in the team, I'm a racing fan, love lando and Hamilton, don't like red bull because of cheating but I do respect a good driver and max is up there with the all time great drivers, just needs to prove his skills in another team ???

Well, the RB20 is no longer the fastest car. Norris got ahead very quickly in Miami's race, and with at least 2 tenths per lap if not way more. Sometimes even half a second to a second.

Max his car had dmg from earlier in the race. So its not a full representation of the speed.
Max probably still enjoys fighting for the win. So having a team close to Red Bull, i can imagine is something he is looking forward to. Miami is a special case that cannot really been taken as proof though. The Tarmac there is very special, which is why RB struggled to get their tires up to temp and grip levels this weekend.
You know that the safetycar did not pick up the raceleader (as they normally do) but picked up the number 2 driver max by mistake...this way norris ended up way in front of the SC and also could make a free stop and come out in first place...if the SC was done right,norris would return on track 5th place after his stop.
