As September 11 comes, this song and performance are still relevant. 13 years have passed, and just like the song indicates, people have moved on. But I do know there is still a place in their hearts that remembers their love for them. Remembering their smiles, they had. The love they had. It is tough to put into words, but I think the song and performance did it
When I saw Siobhan perform this song at the Spec, I knew 100% I was watching a future star, not just in Australia but on the world stage. This is a quirky song and not easy to interpret with just the right tone and delivery, yet at 18 she does it perfectly. You don't need to remember her name because we'll be hearing it frequently in future. Exceptional.
Crying big fat soppy tears. Still after 5 years. First time I heard this was in the car on the OCR and I had to pull over on a highway to cry my little soul out.
Wow, thank you for posting. As a person from Tampa, Florida, I do not see performance like this in the States. Yes, there are Taylor Swift and others, but they do not pull your heartstrings as this performer/performance did. Your folks in Australia have a show that stood the test of time (41 years), because of great kids doing magic. There is more to civilization than high tech. Science and Engineering may be the brains, but art like this is our soul.
Stunning performance Siobhan... my heart swells with joy as the tears still come to my eyes.. so torn... yet so moved. A privilege to experience this moment.
I saw this performed live at Schools Spectacular 2016. An amazing song performed by an amazing artist. Well done Siobhan. We look forward to following your progress!
I think she's crazy talented, way better than I could sing, but I felt like she was a little too perky for this song. I mean, its supposed to be about what happened to this lady's husband. I don't know, I guess I just pictured it a little sadder
No you're not wrong. Everyone has their own style though, but I do agree. She was definitely waaaay too perky for someone who is reminiscing of her dead husband. And considering the song, she's saying this as a monologue to Jason after being terrified. Sooo, no how she's acting is contradicting part of the lyrics.
I guess im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost the password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
@Ismael Derrick I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
In most cases, I'd say an 18-year-old needs to gather a few more years of life experience before she can relate to this song. But Siobhan Clifford has depth beyond her years.

What a wonderful performance! It's hard to believe she's able to emote that well at 18. She definitely has a bright future ahead of her.

I have been watching Siobhan for a few years now. What a marvelous and precocious talent this young woman has.
She did such a beautiful job, she reminds me of a Disney princess ❤

Just stunning. Siobhan is gorgeous and destined for stardom.

True, but remember this is the point she overcomes the pain and lets herself be happy again, so i think a tad perky isnt bad for it

Siobhan - YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
She's really good! I just feel the style is a bit too perky for this emotional song... Nonetheless, she still has a bright future ahead of her.
How lovely
wow
Okay I know this is about the twin towers 9/11, but is this story she's singing actually true? Because that would make it even more heart -breaking.
Azile Crystal no, its from a musical called ordinary days. stil so heartbreaking.
Is it bad that I'm still crying because I watched lams I'll be here it's just heartbreaking okay
I'd love to hear her sing this with just a piano as the piece is intended. She's great, but I feel like the orchestra takes away from the song
From Hi-5 Season 17

Kinda hard when you can’t remember 9/11
Yes! Shay from Hi'5
i went to school spec i was in the choir
Me too!
She’s way to happy for this song
Shay I love you
Is that Courtney Act's sister????
Oh no she's so sad :(
She’s far too happy for this song.
I don’t like hee interpretation at all. No subtlety at all.
She's good but I wish she's stop doing that thing with her eyes
Ecen though Siobhan is one of the best singers in Schools Spec, this was still my least favourite part. It's just the style isn't really for me.
