Maybe a tip, what if you get small bottles and fill the milk and use the milk bottle by bottle. ps raw milk is 3.60 for 1 litre here and because it comes from the farm it’s £16 ($20). Times like these I would love to live in Turkey and the like

Standard milk which has gone through the process of pasteurisation is why a lot of people are lactose intolerant. It’s because when they heat the milk to a high temperature it gets rid of a key enzyme that would help our bodies digest the lactose in the milk. Raw milk doesn’t undergo any processing and so it virtually has all the benefits they claim that standard milk has when it really doesn’t because it’s been killed off. It’s all for profit and greed.

Imagine feeding your child water .. because you might as well after the pasteurisation process and that’s why a lot of us have eczema and other aliments alike our body is saying something is wrong because we are eating food full of pesticides and chemicals our body cannot candle.

If it's not the air, it's the water, if not water it's the soil, if it's not that it's the chemicals, if not that it's the perpetual plastic usage, if not that it's the electromagnetic radiation (EMF) all around. this isn't even an exhaustive list but it's to give an idea what living in modern day world is like.
