Hi guys, when braaing your fish on the grill if you don't want the skin to stick on the grill coat the fish skin with flour. Lots of flour. Makes the skin very crispy (like bacon)
Give this a try sometime. Gut the fish but don't scale it. Burn your frie to hot coals and simply lay the fish right on those coals. When all the scales and skin burn to charcoal, flip it over and burn the other side. Lift off the burned part, usually comes up as one piece, and you should have steaming perfectly cooked fish. I worked at the local scuba diving company in the Bahamas on New Providence, and I've heard repeatedly that it is illegal to go on Golden Cay. So I dont know whether you guys had permission or what but y'all were lucky.
Sailor is a great name for a boy or girl! "Slate" (Humphrey Bogart) and "Sailor" (Lauren Bacall) owned a hotel in Cuba and cruised the Caribbean aboard their Boat "Bold Venture" on their radio show called "Bold Venture". You can listen to their adventures online for free. Google it.
Captain Mark Gray ~ I love that name and they could play on the spelling, if they wanted.... Saylor or Salyor. 💚🌺💚
Kymberly P don’t be fucking gross, ‘kymberly’. Or is it Karen? I bet it’s fucking Karen. Goddammit Karen!
Sayla
Tony FuckGoogle ~ You have me mistaken for someone else, dude.
Kymberly and fishheds, Cool ideas. Thanks. As for Google guy / person,,, just ignore or report them or both. Darn trolls. Oh, and do check out the old radio show. You do know who they are don't you?
