The cocoa farmers don't need any incentive just give them all their money government should buy their cocoa with the right price, so that they can be rich to pay for their children school fees the government should stop profiting from them. If Ghanaian govement want to profit from cocoa the government should go get his own land plants the cocoa for the nation using the prisoners for the government farms. Not individuals get their own land and suffer to the cocoa and the go for syndicate loans against individuals cocoa farms and the government take about 70% of the money then you came again to say you will give them incentives. You robbed them not helping them. Give them all their money they can pay for their children school fees
