I do have to say Thank you for the video. I am unsure about Sauvignon Blanc. I have tried different Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio wines and they have all tasted horrible. For me they are either to Oak tasting(Char)or a Pine taste(Pinot)and I am just not a fan of dry wines. I dont taste melon or any of the example taste notes. I just taste bitter dry wine and for me that is just gross. I am hesitant on trying a Sauvignon Blanc. I just dont want to be disappointed and felt like I wasted my money.

Which type shall go well with Indian Food?
Deb Mukherjee i believe Sauvignon Blanc can go very well as its more acidic & can cut through the creaminess & spices Indian food offers.
