Morgan, just want to thank you for sharing that you get anxiety and sought help for it. I went on a new dose of my anxiety medication a month ago or so and the side effects were…not fun lol. Back on a different dose and might also change it if my doctor suggests it. You just made me feel less alone, so thank you ❤ and the fact that you go through that and then get back on the horse and continue making inspirational/organizational youtube vids…what a queen. Thanks again ❤
My favorite thing about your content is how you make such an effort to make everything special! It inspires me to not wait for the “perfect moment” or “special occasion” to do something memorable but just make every day special and memorable in its own way.

Love this, as always. For me personally, I make and update my goals and plans on a quarterly basis just because of how quickly the months fly by! I also have a tough time picking up a goal/plan from the previous month if I missed it :/ So even if I 'miss' a goal, I can prioritize it for the next month and stay on track for the quarter. I have found that it helps with my mindset on not giving up on goals so easily, so thought I'd share (unprompted). Everybody is different, but I am totally aligned with you on how much peace of mind and de-stressing all the planning, self reflecting, and checking in brings as well! Happy March!

Love the weekly planning idea. I served a mission for the LDS church and every week we had weekly planning with our companion. We scheduled our week and made goals. This most important part was called “companionship inventory” and that’s when we checked in with each other, discussed and conflicts, and shared what we needed from the other. I try to apply it in my personal life to this day. ❤
Something I thought of while you were going over expenses/budget - do you do any investing? I’m always so curious about how people my age manage their money, whether they’re investing at all/buying stocks & bonds, etc. Would be really interested to see a video on money/finance from you! Just a thought. :)
Ask your Co Pilot trainer if they have any of the physical therapy exercises in their arsenal. When I last talked to the Co-Founder, physical therapy was something they really wanted to incorporate into the app!!
