I’m in an intensive mental health therapy program, so we’ve been talking a lot about how repressed anger (which is something that we ALL do) is going to grow and be fed like a fireball inside of you. So I think that if you have this kind of fiery anger and catch yourself exploding at people, (which is almost always destructive) instead direct that energy into something positive (or just not destructive), like passionate exercise, punching a pillow, focusing on hobbies that make you happy, or just using that “rolling negative comments off your shoulder” energy to improve your mental health in general or to just keep from scorching the earth with your words and ruining relationships because of it. I truly believe that the more we choose to adapt traits of other zodiac signs, the greater of a person we’ll become. Have the passion and confidence and drive of a fire sign! Have the strong empathy and emotions of a water sign! Have the organization and stability of an earth sign! And have the intelligence, adaptability, and communication skills of an air sign. Let’s not explode on people, but rather let’s channel that strong passion into something positive! We can all do that better, but Sagittarius especially lol.

I’m in an intensive mental health therapy program, so we’ve been talking a lot about how repressed anger (which is something that we ALL do) is going to grow and be fed like a fireball inside of you.
So I think that if you have this kind of fiery anger and catch yourself exploding at people, (which is almost always destructive) instead direct that energy into something positive (or just not destructive), like passionate exercise, punching a pillow, focusing on hobbies that make you happy, or just using that “rolling negative comments off your shoulder” energy to improve your mental health in general or to just keep from scorching the earth with your words and ruining relationships because of it.
I truly believe that the more we choose to adapt traits of other zodiac signs, the greater of a person we’ll become.
Have the passion and confidence and drive of a fire sign! Have the strong empathy and emotions of a water sign! Have the organization and stability of an earth sign! And have the intelligence, adaptability, and communication skills of an air sign.
Let’s not explode on people, but rather let’s channel that strong passion into something positive! We can all do that better, but Sagittarius especially lol.
