He does all of those mistakes against every opponent on every character he plays, and then he wonders why the game won't just let him reach Master for free

As a Cammy main, him saying that I'm a player that has no originality or desire to learn how to play fighting games and only gets worthless wins because I play with Cammy and Cammy is a character that takes no skill, no intelligence, and no brain to play with really hurts my feelings. I am willing to learn more about Cammy.

Don't take it to heart. Cammy is super complex in the grand scheme of her gameplay, Phil is just a living salt mine. I hope you find what you're looking for while learning her because she is fun to play.
Her divekicks are difficult to pull off consistently because you have to space them properly or you are hella negative. That and some of her optimal combos are the only things I would say can make her tricky to play.
