Tritorc Square Drive Hydraulic Torque Wrench

A primary method to tighten or loosen bolts involves applying torque on the nut of a bolt or stud using Hydraulic Torque Wrenches.
1) The bolt size is measured and the working conditions are observed.
2) The Appropriate torque is estimated and the correct TSL Tool model is selected.
3) The tool uses a hydraulic piston to push a drive plate forward, which rotates a drive gear using a pawl.
4) The Drive gear has a slot for a Square Drive to pass through and is locked in place using a grub screw.
5) The Heavy Impact Socket is mounted on the Square Drive and fixed using a cotter pin and an O-ring as a retainer
6) The Reaction Arm of the Tool is positioned on a cleared appropriate surface, where the tool can reliably exert the reaction.
7) Depending on the operation, whether it is torqueing or detorqueing - the tool is positioned while facing its left or right side towards the nut.
