There are female sexual pheromones that distract males from finding a real female, in EU they are marketed as Isonet-T. We use them since 2 years and never had a bigger problem with Tuta since then. You have to distribute them every 3 months starting with planting of the crop. Macrolophus pygmaeus also controls Tuta.
