Walt and Gale should have just opened a coffee shop together they could have been successful doing that lol of course being Gale's product Walt would not have wanted to just do his thing with him he would have had to create something new and great to sell at their shop lol and Jesse could be their pastry cook lol if only they could do something innocent and successful lol

There are shows that separate themselves and Breaking Bad is one of them on many levels. For those of us who watched it when it was released, the real joy comes from who you watch it with after that. In this case Jade is a joy to spend time with and it makes the experience new again. Thank you Jade for spending your time with this show and us.

It’s pride / ego that Walt is dealing with on letting Jesse cook the blue meth but also remember he had his pride/ego shattered by his previous friends who used an idea he worked on to become filthy rich. So it’s a double whammy.
Skylar’s behavior isn’t great but it seems a bit harsh to be so tough on her. Many, many, many marriages deal with infidelity and they aren’t due in part to the other spouse lying constantly while engaging in the meth trade and murdering people.

Yeah I personally take marriage very seriously and it’s a ride or die situation for me but I guess everyone is different! I also come from divorced parents so my perspective is affected by that
sure and walt already compromised the marriage (and family) with the secrecy, what he's doing, and the world he forced them into. also "ride or die" can be quite toxic for both parties if the circumstances are this extreme

You don't want to be a pet either. Dog was found with its mouth eyes and front and back legs duct taped and then thrown in a dumpster. It was 30 minutes from being picked up by collection but luckily someone heard it and called a local animal rescue group. More cats are feral and live short horrible lives in the wild, than in homes.😢😢😢

Most of the world doesn't tip at restaurants lol. They get paid enough by their employer so they don't have to beg money from customers 😉
Tipping is never expected or required but it is mostly just for showing gratitude for above and beyond service!
Pretty uncommon in Europe and would be downright insulting at a restaurant in Japan. The US is one of the few exceptions and foreigners visiting us are very confused by our tipping culture. Then again, Europeans (and Aussies and Kiwis) often comment on him much better our customer service is. (Of course it’s nowhere near as good as in Japan).
The death of thr rv is a sad moment for the show. It sort of feels like the end of the innocent times.

What is with the attribution re:Skylar? So much (largely incorrect) speculation about her motives and intentions, even while a murder is cooed over as he holds her daughter. Seeing someone whinge over Skylar while accepting the implications of Walter seemingly slow-walking his family into hell leaves me gob-smacked.

okokok love the channel but you triggered me in a fun way as a food worker that Australians need to hear. servers in America are aware that Aussies don't tip, because Aussies are notorious in America for not tipping.
a weird thing tho is Aussies are infamous for explaining out loud while dining, why tipping doesn't make sense.
literally I'm just giving a travel tip. in very high traffic tourist destinations in America, Aussie parties of like 5 or more, your waiter might immediately stop caring about your table, from a not unproven belief that partymode larger groups of Aussies drink a lot then don't tip then might even tell the staff why tipping is wrong.
it's weird and gross i know, on all sides, but long story short support workers and in the US, always tip 20% even if it sucked
I personally would definitely tip in America but I would assume especially if drinking a lot aussies would genuinely forget (out of habit) to tip!
But aussies can definitely be prideful about the lack of tipping here (which I prefer too but) even though we are in a cost of living crisis and our wages don’t cover rent/housing well enough anymore (but our mindset remains in the 70s in all facets hahaha)

Wow... you seriously fell for the "hate Skyler even though what Walt is doing is objectively worse but he's the main character so it's okay" trap so hard it's honestly ridiculous. She's OBVIOUSLY sleeping with Ted, at first, to try and get Walt to leave, and after that, LIKE SHE SAID(!!!!!), because it's the only thing in her life where she "doesn't feel like she's drowning". That doesn't make it okay, but she's clearly not LYING to herself. And need I mention SHE LITERALLY TOLD WALT FLAT OUT "I WANT A DIVORCE, GET OUT OF MY LIFE, THIS RELATIONSHIP IS OVER!!!" FOR ENTIRELY VALID REASONS AND WALT JUST SAID NO AND FORCED HIMSELF BACK IN HER LIFE. You seriously got some issues or something. You missed the point of this plotline so hard. Everything else is great, but I can't even watch those parts because you're just losing the plot so much.
TheWonderfulBlake Walter did what he did for his family. Skyler is a much worse person than Walter is. Not because he’s the main person, because her motivations were selfish and his weren’t.

Skyler is thinking of herself and not the children because, like he sister Marie, she has a personality disorder. Specifically, Narcissistic Personality Disorder with Borderline Tendencies.
By contrast, Walter has Antisocial Personality Disorder with Narcissistic Tendencies.
I've noticed that Skylar always wants to be in charge, so any time Walter takes control her reaction is anywhere from unsettled to unhinged.

But seriously, yes, humans can be difficult on the daily, but 1st remember this show is a work of fiction. And also remember that Walt is painted as someone who doesn't even believe in the existence of the soul, as per the scene with Gretchen & him in college, figuring out what a human body is made up of. When he says, "name something in this world that is not negotiable", that's the words of a man who only sees existence as matter & energy. If it's not on the periodic table, it doesn't exist for him.
Just stay true to yourself & your soul, don't listen to others who think they know you better than you do, & fight the good fight every day. 💙

Why should Skyler feel guilty about being with Ted? She asked Walt for a divorce and he refused.

As much as she tried to tell herself she did it so he would divorce her and that could have been the reason she told him about it but that wasn't the reason she did it, she did it to get even with him and because she always wanted to know what Ted was like and now she has an excuse to do it.

There are plenty of women who agree with me, but they're rare. Like unicorns.
Did you read the news story about the lady who left her kids alone at home while she went on a cruise?
She blamed her cousin.
But since this is in the context of romantic relationships, we'll stick with that.
Most women will emotionally abandon their current husband/boyfriend (who is typically completely unsuspecting that anything is wrong), etc, weeks or even months before physical abandonment. During this time, she is usually securing her own future, which often includes picking (if he wasn't already picked because of women's propensity of hypergamy) the next guy and making sure he can fulfill the role.
You can also look at how women act when they are caught cheating. There are plenty of videos out there. They blame the boyfriend/husband for not giving them enough attention anymore, always working, or some other reason that places blame upon the man's shoulders. Alcohol is also an excuse that is utilized. And my favorite, the oldest one in the book (just ask the black slaves that those adulterous white women blamed when they got caught). Grape.
