They do have an official ticket exchange on their website that lets you join a queue to buy tickets. I'm not sure if it's available yet this year but it's pretty reliable to get tickets if you missed the initial drop
Yeah, I was in queue for 30 minutes after i got on the website 2 minutes after it opened.
