I just finished Misery last month! My partner is a huge King fan and I read about one of his books a year to keep myself in the field. Misery was such a great ride!

You can ramble as long as you want. I usually have a big smile the whole time. Except when you talked about Misery. I don’t care for anything gruesome or scary. I remember when I tried to watch the movie and I had to leave the room and the hubs watched it alone😁. Happy Belated Birthday 🎉. What a fun way to celebrate. I’ve never seen an airport laid out that way with security after shopping etc. I wonder what their % is on late gate arrivals? Great progress on your stitching too!

Misery is one of my absolute favorites by king! I have read almost all of his books by now. I highly recommend Fairytale. It’s very different than his older books, but so so good!

The only book I haven’t been able to get through is IT. I’ve started it about four times probably 😂

I re-started something last week with Colour and Cotton Royal Blue and stopped working on it when I saw they are out of stock of more skeins. I am anxiously awaiting them restocking it too! If they don’t in the next few weeks or so, I will probably switch to another color and you would be welcome to have my one skein I have in that color if I do end up doing that.

Love the Frankenscat! What are the orange clamps you use to hold your extra fabric to the q-snap? They look neat.

Thank you! The orange clamps are spool grips. They are meant to put around a spool of thread for storage, but they also work great to gather your fabric around the q-snap.

You might enjoy the Mr Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King. He recently published a book, Holly, who is one of the main characters from the trilogy. Love the fabric you used for the cat.
