It's crazy how that one play that changed the course of history in the NFL was a mere footnote at the end of the program lol. Glad someone have the recording of this program. A lot of emotions because 9/11 was fresh. That kind of defensive football is so foreign today. The way concussions are treated today is very different, i.e., Drew Bledsoe coming back in the game after that hit sans Tua last year. Watching this duo was a rite of passage for football fans. This is good stuff.
I was at this Bears/Vikings game. The atmosphere was unbelievable. Something I’ll never forget.

Unless you lived it, it’s almost incomprehensible what a completely different country this was 22 years ago.
Anyway, whatever happened to that backup for New England. 5/10? He’ll be cut before the seasons over.
