My recent “nostalgic feels” moment was when I found a bag of those Fruit Pencil Toppers that went on top of your eraser (the pineapple, the orange, etc) I remember having those on elementary school.
Great video and pickups! I've been having that feeling of seeing toys I haven't seen since my childhood quite often these days. The one that I remember the most is the Ghostbusters Haunted Humans Tombstone Tackle Football player figure. Donnie in Disguise was also one I totally forgot about.
In that small red bin there was a Rare Japanese Street Fighter 2 Dhalsim figure. These were promo toys for Street Fighter 2 Super Famicom release in Japan in 1991. Don't see those everyday.
As someone who collects Zbots. Finding carded packs for $20 would make my day. Packs of micro machines also do well for me. Cool Buddy L dinobot as well. There was an item that I passed on a few years ago, that made me nostalgic, Battletech action figures, a like third party version of the gobots rogun. I do wonder if I should have picked those up. But I have the loose gun somewhere, and with the battletech guy it was like sixteen spring loaded missiles and an exploding cockpit to keep track of, just was not wanting to stress over losing the parts.
Kellogg’s Starbot space shuttle I remember getting them in the cereal boxes and it was a good feeling to connect to my parents I found one recently and all the memories and emotions came back.
That's an exciting little antique mall. Lots of cool stuff! Glad you found something cool that you played with as a kid. Probably the thing for me was a little California Raisin figure I found for like $0.50 at a thrift shop. I had a bunch of them as a kid.
1:29 Is a toy from my childhood. The Blue guy with silver hands and feet. My Grandparents would go to northern Michigan during the summer and one year my Grandma got me this power ranger knock off it was still pretty cool.
That one Item I found on a hunt was Sectaurs, Trancula and Skulk. I lost or had given away the one I had as a kid. And then while looking at some Joes at a convention, 3 hours from my hometown, I asked the vender if he had any Sectaurs. He did, so I picked up Trancula and Battle Beetle. Turns out that Trancula was my ACTUAL toy I had owned as a kid. He was a little worse for wear after not having seen it for 30 yrs. But it had the same uneven cut front fangs, like I did to mine, and the same dog chewed plastic antenna on the same side as mine had. I was so excited to welcome home an old friend!
That’s insane!!! I’ve heard similar stories before and they always give me goosebumps. I cannot imagine stumbling across the exact toy I had as a child. Love it!

I still haven't found my Concorde French Airlines Plane from my childhood. I found my 70's plastic machine gun.

Mego clown around! Nice find in the wild in that condition. I've got a box of almost the complete set on card!
This shopping mall sure does have a lot of toys and figures
I just swooped up two Tale Spin Mc Donald’s toys that did the same for me instantly brought back memories

Very cool pickups, Craig. Just goes to show that you never know what you might find at an antique store.

Most collectors will be able to sell anything but not those pieces from childhood. 👍
