The Woodards are the new officers in charge at the Royal Oak (Citadel) Salvation Army Corps.
"You are the corps officers, and you have a lot of responsibilities in doing that.
These include - but this is not limited to - an evangelist, a Shepherd, a preacher,
a trainer, a leader, a counselor, Human Resources, Social Services, business administrator,
community leader, and public relations. But those are just a few."
