Hey to everyone!!
We are two young adults, Despina 24 and Deivids 25 renovating an old farm house from 1817 in Latvia.
Everything in and out of our house has been done by ourselves with no hired help.
DIY is going to apply to nearly everything in our house. Our budget is tight and that has made us appreciate every “ugly” part of this house and turn it into something new and beautiful.
We give new life to things that others would throw away!
In this journey we are not alone! We are starting up our little Farmily:
7 Goats & 2 Bucks
3 Sheep
4 chickens & 3 Chicks
1 Rooster
and 3 Geese
Oh yeah and our cat Ivi & Dog Keita
Despite our daily problems we are two young people full of joy and happiness, ready to start a new crazy chapter in our life. It wouldn’t be fair to keep this fun just for us!
That’s why we want YOU to also be part of our Farmily!!

Tractor tractor.....tractor....you must stop little tractor to be a pain in the neck! When you keep on giving trouble some day they will say goodbye to you and will use you for spare parts.! So be nice to your owners and get ready for work , because Spring will be soon here ! So i hope that your tractor will listening and will run after the repair ! Nice video as always !

I’ve always found that blocking the front and pulling the back is easier. The larger tires give you leverage and control, especially when making minor adjustments when putting it back together. Also get a couple long bolts that fit your bell housing, it will make the alignment and pulling it back together a little easier. Good luck, you need a working tractor.

As the video is starting and Deivids announced that they are going to be working on the Tractor. My thought is that I hope that by the end of the video they have a real success story to share with the viewers. Was thinking maybe pulling the tractor apart from the backside would have been better because you mentioned it was on a downward slope. Of course I'm sitting on my lani and give advice. Like a backseat driver, lol. You guys are amazing!
Hopefully you get green grinch going. While you have got it apart, a good wash and paint the hard to reach areas to protect and prevent further rust. My husband, bought a used Jeep engine to rebuild, at the moment it is on a trailer waiting for the next days off work to remove it. I don’t know how we can do this. It took 2 men and an engine hydraulic lift to get it into the trailer, not sure one elderly wife is going to be able to help . ❤from Queensland
A good project for spring would be some concrete floors in barn workshop area.

For future references the broken part is a clutch selector a.k.a. clutch fork.
You two have had a lot of patience with that tractor, hope you’ll get it fixed.
This is a crazy thought, but while it's down. It would be nice if you gave the machine a face lift. A little wash, some paint etc. New parts and a new look. Will help with the future altitudes all around.

Sorry that it did not go to plan. Do you know why that in has broken, so you can avoid the issue, in future? I always hated working in the bitter cold. It is so easy for you to miss things, as the cold can make everything a bigger struggle until it became hard to think.

David, you have an inexhaustale capacity for trial-and-error attempts at farm and mechanical problems until solutions are found. Maybe realizing in 5 years, maybe in more, maybe right away.
If you’d jacked the back up a bit it woul be able to release the hub

Please don’t use chain they make tow ropes so much safer sorry I’m just worried chains snap back and kill
It is wire cable rope that is dangerous for recoil snap back. Chains are far safer as they do not store the tension energy like a wire rope does.

You should have just gave up on that Green tractor and put your money and time into that blue one. Or should have gotten a newer tractor. You two all was have bad luck with tractors. They seem like they never want to work.
