LATAM is not on par with major international Airlines servicewise. They may have good airplanes but that's it. If you pay attention to the male flight attendant you'll see he's simply doing his job: serving food. He doesn't seem to be the least concerned with treating PREMIUM PASSENGERS as such. Im Brazilian and it's really a shame to see TAM, which used to be a good airline, now reduced to being relegated to using B767-300 on premium routes while LAN uses the B787-9...Well, time will tell if they are to survive a market where others are winning customers over service rather than making money however they can.
