Morning nature walk in Speulderbos Veluwe in 8K

Normally I like to create cinematic videos from our holidays, with short clips and nice relaxing music just for our memories. This one is little bit different...
Years ago I worked 12-15 hours a day, every day.. I was stressed, was over-breathing, sometimes crying for no reason, didn’t sleep, couldn’t take a minute rest, didn’t really enjoy my life. I think many people have been there, or are there now!
I started to walk in the forest every morning, walking, not running, just walking, 9-12km in 70-90 minutes (yes I was always in a hurry), sometimes even twice a day and when I wasn’t walking I listened to relaxing and calming music and after a while I became a little bit more relaxed..
I still like getting up early and walking through the woods, preferably at sunrise. So why not combine these hobbies?
I did in this video! And paired it with relaxing music. I hope this video has the same result for somebody somewhere in the world that needs the forest like I did, but who's not close to nature.
When I walk in the forest it’s always exiting whether you see some wildlife or not.. Unfortunately that feeling can’t be expressed through a movie clip I guess. Butt tried...Perhaps you’ll see some wildlife! 😏
This video is the result of five days walking and filming roughly 20 hours in May. Springtime so the leaves are nicely green. I took the same route as I did years ago when I was going through the hardest phase of finding happiness. I think the whole route would be a little bit tedious so I only show the highlights, things I noticed. The sounds were recorded by myself too.
