- 'Tales of Rein Ravine' is a new indie equestrian game in the making. The focus of the game is to bring you a totally new equestrian game experience with realistic riding mechanics and a variety of horses with unique temperaments. The game has previously gone by the working title 'Horsegame.exe'. As of now the game is confirmed to have at least showjumping and cross country disciplines.

The way the horse raises its head when the jump is coming up makes me so nervous hahah that’s how realistic this feels! If you’ve ever ridden crazed, green large horse, you can probably relate lolol

Yep. Rode a horse once that figured out a variation of the pop'n'drop (where they kinda stop, pop their shoulder out and turn quickly to send people who jump ahead/don't have their heels down over their shoulder). He would commit all the way up until his front feet left the ground and just before truely taking off then spin around on his back legs throw his neck to the side and down in an attempt to rip the reins out of your hand, then just as his front legs were touching down he'd drop his outside shoulder and give his heels a little kick up.

I like how this game is relatively realistic to most things. I want a horse game that is realistic towards everything, from the scenery, to the objects, to the way a horse reacts and acts, etc etc etc and you've done an amazing job till now! Keep goinggg

Equestrian the game is a great option but it is only out in a few countries yet

omg such a good idea, I have a VR headset that I can hook up to my computer and honestly, if it still would work as a VR headset, man I would never stop playing.

It’s such a beautiful game! There are two things that I think will make it more realistic, 1# you could press a button to pat your horse 2# your horse can get spooked by things.

yeah that would be nice, pretty sure they're working on the 1st person mode right now ; i just hope they fix the camera a little as you can see your shoulders while jumping pls

I love the graphics & how realistic everything feels. The way that the horse junts his head back before the jump makes it feel more at ease. I also like how it’s in first person, & now I won’t have to worry about yelling at their heels. : )

I love the usage of inside leg outside rein, lead changes, finding the distance, horse temperament. I love that this is a game for all of the adults that grew up playing corny horse games. the sound effects are so satisfying it doesn't even need music
the head movements and ear reactions are so spot on! so realistic. Also i LOVE the lack of music for this, i really like the natural sounds instead.
I feel like this would be great for people who have problems working on seeing a stride in irl horseback riding! You’ve worked so hard and everyone thanks you to bring this amazing game to us! (rip moible players) 🥲

I had been following you sense you were in the jumping gravity stage so I can’t wait to play. this is major improvement.you should add a doctor or farrier.
Omg the noises!! 😣 absolutely love the noise of a saddle moving and hooves hitting the ground. This is honestly such a good game, i just feel like the horse shouldn’t nod their head forever, and the reigns should be attached lol. But other than that, this game is honestly looking amazing! I don’t have a computer of my own but once I get one I’ll definitely make sure to play this. So excited!!

I like that you have a first person mode but i think it would make sense to have the camera go forward when you go over a jump cuz you lean forward in your 2-point other then that great game i love to see the process

Hi! This game looks amazing, I can’t wait to try it if it I comes out on desktop. One thing I would mention if you are still taking suggestions is try to join the reins between the hands? Like make it one big rope kind? But still it look amazing!

Only thing I could say bothers me is when you jump on take off have the horses head up more but this is a fantastic game great job

I was watching this and noticed when you jump you are leaning to the back instead of to the front, I am not giving any hate I just want you to know some people might give a small amount of hate because it. I am saying this because in real life when you jump you bend slightly forward. Other than that everything is great, and it looks really cool. Keep up the good work.

How about adding stamina and maybe variations of jump heights and "modes" .. like it seems everything is jumped too abruptly.. adding relaxed versions, perfect distance version.. short distance.. plus the horse seems too strong? Maybe the gallop version could also vary not only by it's speed. But the horse raises its head too much. A more rounder horse could be nice.. Olympic level jumpers maybe sometimes seem like that.. but normally, small jumps should not completely ignite the horse. Maybe some things to think about
they already made those changes in the demo version lol
