Ingredients
1/3 cup of Prahok
5 1/2 oz of Pork
1 stem of Lemon Grass
2 tbsp of Galanga
1/2 cup of wood apple (Kasang)
5 cloves of Garlic
2 shallots
1/2 tsp of Tumerick Powder
1 tsp of Sugar
some Chilli
Oven Broiled for 20 minutes
